"Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. I did not have my own bathroom, bath towels were not replaced and it also wasn’t cleaned. I did receive one set of towels if I put used ones out. "Our room was updated and clean. The bikes were in excellent shape and we appreciated borrowing the beach chairs and loading up our cooler with fresh ice before heading to the beach. Also the hotel is in a perfect location for biking and beaching."

"My wife and I stayed in the Balcony Queen. The check in/out process was very simple. The room was quaint and we were pretty comfortable. I liked the balcony space to relax and use as an extra space if I didn't want to stay inside. The bathroom could use with some modern touches but it had plenty of room. The Queen Anne Inn is about a 5 minute drive away from the main Chatham area which was nice when we had plans. Unrelated to the Queen Anne Inn, the main Chatham area can be a madhouse! The...

"Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. "Stayed here before but not sure if under new ownership. Rooms clean and comfortable. Parking adequate. Would have liked a small microwave in-room and more shelf space in the bathrooms. Didn’t like asking for room service everyday. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast was just ‘ok’. Something was always gone. Went out for coffee and breakfast some days. Not sure I would stay again."
