"Orbit In is for anyone seeking a throwback to the mid century modern era. It is an older property with fairly basic amenities. Stayed in the Albert Frey room which had a fireplace, outdoor shower, and record player. Bed was comfortable. There is a cocktail hour by the pool. Staff was very nice. No breakfast included. There is a small hot tub and fire pit for winter nights. Great location and very walkable to most of downtown Palm Springs. "

"We have stayed here many times. The location is convenient to uptown. The hotel is clean. The community kitchen is well supplied. The pool is wonderful and heated, as is the hot tub. The surroundings in general are nice and quiet as it is two blocks or so from the main road, Indian Canyon. Definitely a recommended stay."

"This is my go to stay in Palm Springs. Rooms are spotless, beds are comfortable and the surroundings are aesthically pleasing plus they are dog friendly. I love the snacks and drinks in the kitchen, which means I never need to run out early to get coffee or food and can just enjoy what they have by the pool. Can't recommend this place enough. "
