"four emails sent between 4 weeks and three days prior to departure asking for door codes, as we were likely to be late. No reply received to any of them. Called number day before departure several times and was told number was not in service. Sent fifth email on day of departure and finally received an email reply telling us the door codes. Explained this to staff this morning, who claimed they hadn't received any but the final email, and said I should have phoned!!! I did!!!!!"
