"Hotel was very clean. Room was very clean. There was handicap accessible Parking a few feet from the entrance that led to the elevators. Staff was so friendly and provided us with a room with a balcony. The Starbucks located in the main lobby offered a nice variety of coffee. The hotel was a 20 minute drive to most of the locations we visited Downtown over the Easter holiday. Arizona financial Theatre, Arizona Science Center, & Chase Field. Directly across the hotel is a small amusement park...

"Our first room was dirty… filthy sofa, no soap, broke toilet and hair on the counter. The second room we were moved to was better. Carpet and walls in hallways and common areas were dirty and rundown. This place could use some TLC. "

We arrived quite late, after midnight, having previously notified the hotel of our late arrival. "Wonderful facility. Staff is helpful and always friendly! Breakfast was delicious every day. The evening host for beverages and snacks was always great! The pool and hot tub area are clean and well cared for. Enjoyed both each day. Room was comfortable and spacious. Loved our balcony. Highly recommend! "

"Stayed here with the family after flying into PHX late, before driving to Sedona the next morning. The hotel is not nice / run down, and is in a seemingly sketchy area with sketchy people around the property. No cold water in the bathroom. The breakfast spread was a nice effort, but the food didn’t taste that good (mostly the very bland eggs and underwhelming sausage). Oh and the coffee wasn’t very good."
