"Staff was great. Location was great. Breakfast was good. Comfy beds and pillows. Covers were clean. Room 111 near the lobby is SO loud. We had to get moved the next day because people were talking so loud we couldn't fall asleep until 1 am and then at 5:30 am we were awoken again by the noise in the dining room. We barely got any rest. The ac is loud in the room. Bathroom was dirty and even had urine on the toliet seat. It had a musty smell as well. Room 315 was better but still wasn't clean...

"The renovated room was nice and efficient, pool was well kept, breakfast has lots of varieties to choose from. Very walkable to public beach access. Staff is very helpful. They said they're almost done with renovating all the rooms."

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...
