"Hotel was beautiful but the one thing that lets it down was the service at dinner. No-one was interested in the area I was sitting. No one told me the soup of the day or that there were 4 items unavailable until I was ordering. Couldn’t get anyone to bring the bill. Let down an otherwise lovely hotel. "

"Easy parking, lovely staff, but room was just okay. However, a few bug bears, - Mattress was not of high quality, or old. Either way it was hard and you could faintly feel the pressure points of springs. - Shower Gel, Shampoo and conditioner are all in large bottles that do not fit in the caddy/holder in the shower. - No robes or slippers - Wi-Fi was fairly slow, I ended up tethering my laptop to my phone - Bathroom had some grime on the bath panel and corner tiles "
