"Got a reservation to this hotel on Expedia. We had a family emergency and I was driving from eight hours away, but my son needed a place to wait until I got to the hotel. He is 19 years old and despite me paying in advance and speaking to the hotel manager, they refused to allow him to check into the hotel while I drove there. Additionally, they refused to give me a refund or credit for a different stay. As a result, I had to make a second reservation to a different hotel that was courteous...

"We were very surprised at all they had and offered , we travel alot , and other than the Embassy suites, they had more to offer for breakfast than almost any where . My best part was speaking with Natalie when we arrived she is so sweet ! And when we left she was the last one we visited with ! We will stay again. The rooms were big with full kitchen other than oven"

"Expérience très décevante dans cet hôtel. Tout d’abord, la télévision dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. En pleine période de chaleur, il était également impossible d’avoir de l’eau froide : seule de l’eau chaude était disponible pour se laver, ce qui était très inconfortable. Concernant les produits vendus sur place, les chocolats étaient tous fondus. Ils sont pourtant proposés à des prix élevés (par exemple 5 dollars, ou encore 2,50 dollars pour une barre chocolatée), mais ils ne sont pas...
