Had received no indication how to open it. When I called they answered right away and was fine. Didn’t see anyone at reception the 3 days 2 nights i was there"

"The room was clean and the furnishings looked nice, but overall the place wasn’t what I expected from the online photos. It’s a motel, not an inn. The space that formerly acted as a common area with seating and coffee is closed. There was a microwave and (rather loud) fridge in the room, but no coffee maker in the rooms or anywhere on the premises that I could find. Rather than shades on the front windows there are plantation shutters that look pretty but don’t block out the light on the...
