"Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. When it says "sleeper sofa" it's not actually a bed. The couch folds out into basically a thick mat on the floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Love the firepit. "

"The hotel was updated and clean. Unfortunately its plumbing was not. The pressure in the tub was so low the shower would not turn on. Also, we went to have the continental breakfast at 8:58 Friday morning and when we arrived we were told that we could not have anything seeing they stop theirs at 9 am. I wish I had known about the time because I would have came earlier. Other hotels I’ve stayed at are until 10."

"Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. "

"The property presented with welcoming and helpful staff—they allowed us to store our ice cream for a birthday party the following morning. The room was clean; the hot breakfast was amazing; the shower head gave a great shower. Our only concern was the sink drain in Room 224 took ages to drain. Otherwise, our 3 day stay we definitely rate a 5 star visit!!"

"Everything was great for our stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. I saw people with dogs so it was pet friendly. Breakfast bar was clean and had a large variety of items. The only small issue was when checking in, nobody was at the counter for a long time. "

"Room 313 smelled really bad. There was mold in the bathroom next to the tub & in it. The tub had black mold, all around it. The water had no pressure. Paint peeling from ceiling, the pullout sofa bed is apparently 100 years old because it had springs that were showing through the mattress. The mini refrigerator leaked water all into the floor in the middle of the night. The air did not work in the room. It was miserable all night. The fan on the air-conditioning unit did not work.
