"The sheets did not seem clean found other peoples hair in them. The hair dryer plug in was cracked and wouldn't work. The lobby is nice! The bathroom still had other peoples hair in the shower. It was raining when we arrived and the window in our room was leaking water inside"

"I feel like the pictures were very deceiving. We had a room that overlooked the pool area so we had zero natural light from a window. I didn't even want to be barefoot in the bathroom because of how gross it was. Same with the pool/spa area. The whole place felt extremely dirty. Our room smelled like we had a heavy smoker living there so it was super musty smelling. Overall not a great experience and I don’t have a very high bar for hotels.
