"Frustrated with trying to get an answer about checking in early. I told the person just say not right now but you can check back instead of “ma’am I can’t make that commitment. Several people have called to check in early. I called THREE time and finally stopped by and said I’m going to my medical procedure now do you have a room early or not!!!! He started saying the same thing and I said just tell do you have a room NOW - im standing here asking because I am going to have a procedure done and would like to rest after. He put us in a room immediately. Very frustrating communication. Once checked in it was great"
