"This was an overnight stay for a family memorial service. The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection and the buffet was clean and restocked continuously. Our room was clean. My only complaint is that the heat/air unit in the room was filthy which was concerning in regards to air quality. Bringing my air purifier would have remedied this. I would stay again."

"Checking in none of the 3 ladies behind the desk greeted us. They just stared at us. We had to yell to be heard through the glass. The young lady behind the counter would never speak loud enough for us to hear her."
