"Our stay was great! Only thing Is was the pool was not open due to it not passing an inspection and the laundry rooms were not working, but other than that everything was great! Free parking, Free breakfast, staff was helpful!"

"We checked in, and immediately noticed a very scary atmosphere, people walking around barefooted and congregating in the halls. I think more of the guests are living there. The room smelled horrible, the bathroom lights didn’t work, the toilet kept running constantly, it was far from the pictures in the ads. We checked out within 30 minutes,, and paid about the same price at the La Quinta in Desoto. That place was perfect. The issue keeps going because they have not refunded my full 4...

"The room smelled like smoke and it was a “smoke free” room. I told the front desk. They did nothing to resolve the concern. The toilet did not flush, so I had to use it several times with unclean water. The television did not work. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00, but it started at 6:30. I spoke with workers, including a shift manager, five times and did not get anything resolved. They said because I booked through a third party, the only person that could do something was the property...
