"First of all, to the receptionists: the easiest thing to fix is for yall to smile at your clients. Your faces looked like the rating of this property and that explains a lot. When you walk in, you immediately smell pee. Not sure if it was dog pee or baby pee but it was pee! There are stains up in the carpet and bags of trash out in the hallway. When I got to my room, the key card worked (thankfully), but as I entered I could immediately see the tattered curtains, and I noticed that the bolt...

"Staying here was definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. The room, while non-smoking, smelled like someone smoked in it for decades and the smell will probably never go away. The bed was made however the pillows looked like they were just tossed on the bed, leaving me to wonder when the bedding was last cleaned. Additionally the bed had significant depressions, leaving me to believe it was very old, or just super poor quality. The bathroom had a soft spot in the floor, right as you walk...

"Reception staff were excellent but the rating comes down at breakfast. The lady in charge did mot reply when questioned,she was in a terrible mood. The breakfast room was full, a family had taken over 3 tables and most of the chairs leaving 2 table with no chairs. When we were about to help ourselves to the cooked meal the lady in charge came out with whatever thought were fresh eggs, but they had come out of a fridge..terrible. The coffee was so bad we only took 1 cup. Check out was quick...
