"Receptionist upgraded room at checkin"

"Staff was wonderful and helpful. Had a quiet comfortable room overlooking the courtyard. I requested a microwave which they brought up and came in handy to heat up leftovers from dining out. There are signs posted regarding quiet time hours which was appreciated. It's convenient to I95 via the connector and the Merritt Pkwy, a must if you fly into Westchester airport. Would highly recommend."

"The room was very nice and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the little desk and chair. There was a little caddy with a yoga mat and some other excercise things and some clorox wipes which I loved. I only stayed for one night, but there also is a 24 hour gym I was told at the desk, and a snack and drink bar accessible in the lobby. The room was just enough space to move comfortably but wasn’t too big. It was a perfect little stay and just what I needed to save myself some...

"My room on arrival smelled, and they were able to switch me right away. I do have to say all the doors to the rooms slam shut. I’ve stayed here a lot and Everytime someone, including myself, doesn’t carefully close the door, the door will slam shut. And it wakes me up, and scares the crap out of me. Also, there’s a door in the back that doesn’t lock so it could be an easy entry for someone who isn’t staying at the hotel. I’ve had no problems as a result of it but they should try to get it fixed....
