"The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. "Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was acceptable. I had a king bed. Very comfortable. Bed linen was clean. Towels had a few spots on them . Rags were fine. Room was clean. TV and WiFi worked fine. Continental breakfast was homemade muffins in Saran Wrap. I didn’t care for them after a first bite. OJ and apple juice were provided. I have no complaints for the grounds. I would say all in all, maybe the motel needs to be renovated to be a bit new and modern, otherwise all was well."
