We were unable to get any cold water, which was odd, but we reported it to the front desk when we left. Parking was too expensive so I parked across the street in the garage under the museum. I had a king studio room. It was roomy and clean. I really appreciated having a fridge, microwave and coffee station so I could have tea in my room. They also had a 24 hr coffee/tea/water in the lobby as well. Onsite parking options were valet or self park. I was there for a weekend conference and there were a lot of people yet it didn't feel crowded. Overall, it was seamless and I'd definitely stay there again.

This is not a complaint but an observation about the breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and staff was wonderful. A complaint about their condiment containers. You need to use a spoon that is provided but the only way to get the spoon out of its holder is by picking it up by the "scoop" end which in my opinion is unsanitary. With everyone handling it that way.
