"Breakfast was best part of stay. Rooms tired. Bar Staff and Reception staff very poor. When checked in was promised free drink. QR code didnt work and staff attitude was almost tough luck. Would rather not have been offered a drink."

"It’s a very old property but you can’t find anything good near that area with hot food facility. Only worry is that the properly is very old and make noise when you walking all over near the rooms. "

"Plenty of parking. Rooms dated but very clean. Very nice breakfast buffet continental with option of cooked to order English. Ariaana was especially lovely. When we told her we were there for my Mums funeral she later brought us chocolates and a lovely message of condolence."

"Parking was very easy. Welcome warm & friendly. House was clean and bright. Breakfast was excellent. Full English really was a full English and of good quality. Scrambled egg was really good & good choice of jams & marmalade to go with toast. Choice of juices & cereals too which we didn’t use. "

"The apartment was well priced and had every amenity we needed. Unfortunately the hygiene levels of the apartment were awful as the place clearly hasn't been cleaned for a while nor between guest's stays. The kitchen was filthy along with all utensils and cutlery, plates etc... There were old sweets left on the sofa and between cushions. Dust everywhere. The 2nd bed was very uncomfortable. "
