"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

It’s totally a complete package … The complimentary coffee was so refreshing for the start of the day… Ample of paid parking facility with easy check in and check out any time of the day. "Check in was seamless and the front of house staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall I had a great stay. The only downside was being allocated a room directly above the parking garage. It was unexpectedly busy throughout the night and could get quite loud."

"The staff was helpful and organised enough cups and glasses for us. No cutlery or plates in the room. Friendly reception staff. Breakfast varied over the days and something for everyone. Staff that filled up the breakfast buffet and cleared the tables were very friendly."
