"Beautiful surrounding. Hotel property is ok. On the first day at the reception I was given a room that takes about 6 minutes to walk,I went with 2 suitcases up a steep hill till the hotel area.the weather was really really hot.was not offered for someone to give me a hand! Then 1 flight up no lift.came there was exhausted as hell.no a/c in the rooms only small fan.did not sleep well 3 nights.in the morning 7.50 a.m working was going on on the roof really loud noise..so could not enjoy some...

"This B&B was exceptional. The attention to detail was out of this world. It felt almost like staying in a top class hotel. Everything was laid on and Helen was superb in anticipating everthing I needed. And the breakfast - well - no words to describe how great it was. Again the attention to the smallest detail was fantastic. Will certainly stay here again if I'm in the area. Well Done!"

"The hotel is like an ex council block, not very visually appealing but has a nice reception area once inside. We were overcharged by £100 and the manager says it was for dinner that we never had. We were never told about dinner and dinner was definitely not booked for us. We were told that we had a premium room with extra space; all I can say is I would hate to think what it would have been in a normal sized room, they must have been tiny. "A pleasant stay in a lovely big room. Very clean in room and comfortable. The communual are looked tatty, particularly the brown carpet which needs replacing. Breakfast was ok but a bit cold."
