"The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and supportive. I came in on a late flight and had to check in around 3am. They held my room for me and let me check in at this time and then offered me a late check out which I really appreciated. Very supportive and hospitable. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Communication via an online message to the hotel by me to the hotel was ignored - twice. I needed to reach them to make an adjustment in my reservation. Their failure to respond in a timely fashion forced me to make other arrangements with another hotel. Having stayed at The Hampton on previous occasions, I was looking forward to staying there again. "Breakfast included was delicious and a really nice perk! Hotel is close distance to alot of activities, including racing, CF Polo Park Mall, Cineplex and arcades. Staff were very accommodating a polite. Pool area was fun, clean and has a nice splash pad area for small children to enjoy. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. "The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful restaurant for breakfast and the best thing is that it is located around everything, shopping at Polo Park, excellent restaurants and a movie theatre, not far from the Zoo and many parks. I have stayed there for many years and couldn’t be happier with the location that is close to so many wonderful things to do in Winnipeg and their rates are very reasonable."
