"The best part was the breakfast, very complete and delicious, the pool was pleasant, and the staff was average. They weren't fully trained, except for the bar and breakfast staff, both very helpful and attentive to their work. At the front desk, they charged me $75 for the pet when I told them it was a service dog. That's what the policy says (free of charge), and its international status applies, but I didn't want to argue. I'm now looking for an email to file a complaint. Otherwise, everything...

We had an electrical problem in our bathroom on Saturday and the electrical engineer, David Lociseron, left us the kindest note wishing us a happy anniversary. It’s that personal touch that really impressed me. I will definitely return to the property. "

"Just about the PERFECT hotel experience. Super convenient/just off I-75, modern and bright exterior, very friendly staff (shout out to NICK!), clean and highly spacious room, wonderfully cool in the Florida summer heat, squeaky clean and monster bathroom/shower... followed by a breakfast (FREE!!) that included fresh made waffles, eggs/bacon/sausage, unlimited fresh coffee/tea/juice. STAY HERE!!!!!!"

"The two bedroom condo we stayed in was amazing! The bathrooms were huge and so were the showers with water coming from the ceiling of the shower, which I never experienced! Patrick, the Beach Attendant was very friendly and set up our lounge chairs and umbrellas. He also kept people that didn't stay at the hotel from setting up so our area of the beach was not crowded. "The location was great. The hotel was clean and nicely appointed in our room and the common areas. There seemed to be good attendance for happy hour at the bar and for breakfast. The shuttle service was fantastic. We also enjoyed the pool. The only complaint I have is that there is a $25 per day resort fee that was not apparent to me (a seasoned traveler) in my research ahead of the booking. I wish this and all hotels would simply add in any resort fee to the price shown when booking so...
