"The room was good but the location and property felt shady"

"The room was nice, but needed repairs and was not clean to my standards. Beds were comfy and it was quiet. Property was beautiful we walked and all around was so nicely kept. For a Hilton I thought it be cleaner."

"Lobby was nice, the check in process was great, staff was helpful and then we entered our room. I had to do a bit of cleaning as it appeared some things were missed, but nothing compared to the overwhelming smell of mold in the bathroom. Staff sent maintenance which was a bit odd because there’s nothing he could’ve done in the moment to solve the issue but I guess the thought counted. There were silverfish bugs crawling around through out the night and finally when trying to leave there was only one working elevator. We had to wait at least 20 + mins to catch one because each time it stopped on our floor it was packed! Probably would not have this as first choice if I need to stay in the area again."
