"Room and condition not the greatest. Hotel dark and gloomy. For desk clerk not pleasant. Eating at the desk while assisting customer not hospitable at all. Not welcoming or inviting. Never will stay here again. Nothing GRAND about the place."

"Property was clean and nicely furnished. Good breakfast. The reason for my less than stunning review is two fold 1-check in was really slow and although multiple people were waiting there was only one person at the counter and she didn't seem to attempt to get any assistance. 2- I left a review which included our experiences and reminded people from out of state that this property is on the highway and quite noisy. None of what I wrote should be controversial but surprisingly the property manager decided to challenge my comments rather than use them to try and improve their product. We travel a lot and I can't ever remember getting a response like this to any review that I've ever written."
