"Actually Orbitz allowed me to book this property even though it was tented and being fumigated. I then spent 90 minutes explaining why I couldn’t check in. Orbitz made it extremely difficult to get a refund. Eventually they did get me a new room at a similar hotel. Thank you to the final 2 agents who helped me. Initially I was put on hold and ghosted by 2 agents."

"This room was a complete disaster. Parts of the ceiling were missing, the pillows were dirty, and the bed had a large dip in the center, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The microwave was covered in mold, the floor was dirty, the sink leaked water onto the floor, and the toilet did not function properly. The only things that worked correctly were the bathtub and the air conditioning. When I reported these issues to the front desk, I was told that this was all they could offer. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of assistance made for a very disappointing experience."

"All I can truly say is, “You’ll get what you pay for” I have stayed at extended stays for short trips before and this has to be by far the worst! From the broken beds to the roaches and don’t get me started on the smell. The hotel smelt like wet clothes that was left in a bag for days. Never again!!!!!!!"

"This is an older hotel, so I did not expect it to be luxurious or recently renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent. Overall, I would give this hotel 3 stars. My main concern was that despite staying on a non-smoking floor, there was a very strong smell of marijuana throughout the entire hallway and floor. The odor was persistent and made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. If the hotel could better enforce its non-smoking policy, the guest experience would improve significantly."
