"We enjoyed the location and the breakfast."

"Our stay was mediocre. The staff were great, very welcoming and helpful. However the lack of cleanliness in the room overshadowed our experience. The bathroom floor was so sticky and gross my feet literally stuck to it… ew. The crib we were given to use had a mattress that was half stained brown and I was not comfortable placing my baby in there to sleep. Also we noticed splatters of who knows what throughout the room. Overall, for the price I was expecting a much cleaner room."

"The front desk staff were very friendly when I checked in, and I appreciated that I was given a newly renovated room. Unfortunately, the stay itself was not very restful. The bed was quite noisy, and there was also an odd noise coming from the fridge/counter area throughout the night. It would make several loud clunking noises, stop for an hour or two, and then start again. This continued the entire time I was in the room, including overnight. Because of the constant noise, I did not sleep...

"The property was well kept and very clean. We recently stayed for 2 nights and one of the things that attracted me was the hot tub. The hot tub was closed when we got there and I inquired if it would be open the following day, the front desk advised that it has been closed for a year. I also inquired about directions to get to a particular mall. She gave me vague directions and said I may have to walk alot once off the train. I was not provided any written directions on trains to use or which...

"Very spacious King corner room with balcony over the water. Comfortable beds, very clean, mini fridge is quite big and handy for storing food items, balcony lovely for morning coffee. Excellent location, next door to a small market, and just a 5 min walk to train station with a Safeway, Shoppers, and many restaurants. Only lost one star because sound proofing not the best, we could hear the next room’s television until 1:30 am (don’t think it was really that loud) and there is a TikiBar next...

"Standard hotel. Continental breakfast. We didn’t eat there. Went to dim sum instead. We were looking forward to walking to Metrotown Mall area. Everything was getting old and rundown. Different memories than what I remembered growing up there. But a lot of constructions. Hopefully will be better area in the future."

"This hotel was fine. It did say on the internet that it was only a few minutes from the Rocky Mountineer train station. In fact it was about 30 minutes. It also said it was 20 minutes from the airport when in fact it took one hour. Other than that it was a fine hotel for our needs and had a nice upscale place to eat attached to it."

"We were just in Vancouver for a family wedding. What a lovely stay. Staff were all Very friendly and helpful. The property is a cute , comfortable and very clean place. Rooms are clean , bright and cozy. Highly recommend staying here."

"The air conditioner was not easy to adjust the room temperature and it was noisy at nite. The services from housekeeper and front desk were very good."

"Great location, we'll maintained rooms and property. I only wish there were newer and more laundry appliances. Having just 1 set of washer & dryer to serve all the guests is not ideal. There should be at least 3 to 5 sets available. Please also consider upgrading the machines."

"The hotel is very run down. There was no elevator so we had to hall all luggage up stairs. Old, just not what I was expecting. Carpets were VERY OLD."
