They were flexible and understanding, my flight was very delayed and they accommodated changes without any problem. "We visited Argentina from Boston, MA for a family vacation in Buenos Aires, staying at the 1828 Smart Hotel for 7 nights, broken up by trips to Iguazu and Patagonia. The staff was exceptional, always attentive, caring and professional. We were able to leave a large bag behind for our excursions.
