What a treat this property was! It was spotless, quiet, safe, and much larger than we expected. There was A/C in both the living area and the separate bedroom that was well appreciated during the heat and humidity of the days we were there. We had all the amenities we needed and as advertised. As well there was a great balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails. This property is close to grocery, banks, restaurants, and a shopping mall a block away. The neighbourhood felt safe and was very walkable. All of Palermo and nearby Recoleta are also within walking distance for exploring, and subway stations are a reasonable distance as well. Rueben was an exceedingly gracious host - always staying in touch to be sure the stay was flawless from check-in to check-out. We would, without hesitation, stay at this property again the next time we visit this amazing city! Can not recommend this gem enough!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was a 2 bed and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. It was cleaned a few times and could have been more if we asked. The apartments are also really safe and only accessible by face recognition which is really good. Breakfast was in Isabella’s next door which was delicious! Ruben was a fantastic host, attentive, accessible and so friendly. 100% recommend these apartments for a stay in BA. we will be back!

Our party of 5 were staying in Buenos Aires for 3 days before we embarked on a cruise.I researched many months ahead and was pleased to find these "Modern Apartments in Palermo' by Buehotels! From the moment I first booked communication was excellent.I received many messages from Ruben, the property manager. He promptly answered every question and provided excellent recommendations for the area. The ease of check-in was the best I have ever encountered! We appreciated the electronic key system. Ruben was always just a text away! I have stayed in many properties around the world , and this by far was the best with service location and communication. We will definitely return whenever we are in Buenos Aires! The apartments were close to shopping restaurants and in a friendly and safe residential neighborhood. It was refreshing to not be in the middle of the noise and confusion of the tourist section! This is a very walkable city and are location was perfect.

The place was clean and comfortable. The only advise for US travelers is to buy on a local hardware store a plug adaptor since most of the plugs (except a couple) are, as expected, the Argentinian type.
