"Ended up not being able to visit and they refused to refund any of the money, even though they had a weak notice that we were not going to be able to attend. Horrible people to deal with extremely rude. Do not recommend."

"We had a one night stay at the Black Bull and wished we could’ve stayed longer. It’s such a wholesome place to stay, the staff are friendly, the rooms comfortable and set in a beautiful village.
Thanks
We’ll be back"

"Staff were extremely helpful and accommodated an early check in for us due us attending a wedding. Breakfast the next day was lovely with lots of options. Room was nice and clean and tidy. Would recommend!"

"Frances is such a brilliant host. I arrived to tea and freshly baked scones and a lovely chat after my 3 hour drive from Loch Ness. The shared kitchen/lounge has plenty of room for guests and my room was large and spotlessly clean. I had the opportunity to chat to other guests and in the evening a short walk took me to the Village Green where the pipe band was playing. I had dinner at The Clachan, which was recommended by Frances, and I was not disappointed. Drymen is a lovely village to...

"This was a great experience. Friendly staff. Indian restaurant was amazing. Great service and will definitely stay again. Things to remember, they don't do breakfast but there are cafes and a hotel across the road for breakfast. The room was clean and well stocked for staying but a little dated. Very comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel "

"Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back!"

"I can only give this hotel an excellent review. From start to finish everything was amazing.
Cleanliness of room and facilities were of a high standard. Breakfast had an extensive choice, loved the freshly made omelettes. Staff in all areas polite and friendly, cant wait to come back. Thanks !!"
