"AC unit didn’t work, it took almost an hour for staff to come to the room to troubleshoot the issue. I couldn’t charge my phone outlets were not working. The shower wouldn’t stay on. They only had toast and coffee for breakfast, and the coffee was empty, and even if I was able to get coffee there was no sugar available. I’m at the point to call corporate.
