The rooms are tiny even for New York City and have no suitable chair or seating area - an uncomfortable metal hanging chair or a folding stool that can't actually be positioned at the folding desk as a workstation, so you have to sit on the bed to work. "Huge disappointment!! Money spent not worth the experience. Phones down couldn’t communicate with staff on site. Tents are filthy, need to be deep cleaned. Dusty and dirty. "The room was so spacious and clean! I loved the fact you can hop onto any subway and get around the city easily from this location! Tons of food options and you can even leave and come back across the city within 30 minutes if you want to bring food back to the hotel, bring extra because you can heat it up later! I loved the view of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly. Was probably my favorite stay of any hotel. The Roku box came in clutch especially for late night movie watching...

"Looked like a hotel that hasn't been in proper working order since 1985. Would never, ever, ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone."

"It’s a big, clean, quiet, basic room with no frills, no room service, no on-site store to purchase a water or soda and a single-flow air conditioner (it’s either hot or cold depending on the season, no actual temperature control). Oh, and did I mention that you get all of that for over $550 midweek? Bottom line: this is an acceptable barebones $250/night hotel in any other city that gets a premium because it’s in Wall Street. If you need to be in that spot, go for it."

"Clean simple room, the reception is nice and the cafe but don’t expect that style to carry through to the rooms. The rooms are quite run down and simple, and many of them are close to the elevators which make noise. I’d score the property higher if the prices were lower but I don’t find it much better than some of the cheaper hotels in FIDI so don’t be fooled by the nice pictures of the lobby."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "Great location and clean hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and the only complaint is that their lounge area was only available for a private event. Room was pretty small but manageable if you’re only going in there to sleep."
