"The grounds were absolutely beautiful! The food was above average. The air conditioner didn’t get the room cool. Outside temp was high 79s to low 80s. Too hot for little air. The other issue was the floor was very dirty. Brought both issues to management. They said the air conditioning came from the floor and it was not time yet to turn it on. The floors were never cleaned. "

"Good stay . Clean room and comfortable bed. They do not offer breakfast as advertised but there is a small kitchen with cooking equipment. Great to cook or make a cup of tea. There was no wifi and the hot water was not very hot but ok for a quick shower Parking was behind a closed gate just outside the room. Ambiance was rustic farm life. We had a pleasant one night stopover."
