"I liked that wveryone over there were really friendly and helpful. The suite was up to my expectations. We were also a 5 min walk away from pier 43 and we also had an amazing view of Alcatraz from our window. I had rent this room for the last 6 year for a week in it is every time an amazing experience. "The staff were very kind and accommodating when I shared with them I was uncomfortable with the cleanliness with the rooms I was in. They were so understanding and provided a room for my sister and I, and it really made a huge impact in our trip being amazing. I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay and I also felt safe leaving my car parked outside. If you’re looking for a quiet, easy place to stay with staff that care about your needs I would highly recommend staying here. "

"Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place."
