"Overall, our experience was great and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, there was one incident on our last day that I felt needed to be shared. During breakfast, one male staff member (appeared to be around 58–63 years old) seemed visibly unhappy and was handling dishes in a rough manner. There were several instances of loud banging and abrupt movements while arranging plates, which drew attention and created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
