"Grand Hotel Aminta is a simply wonderful hotel. It has impeccably clean rooms with wonderful sweeping views over the Gulf of Naples and Mediterranean Sea. The staff could not have been more courteous or helpful, and the restaurant dining was excellent. It has a real “old world” charm - the kind of atmosphere and service that is sadly lacking from so many modern, more “corporate” hotels. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. Also worth noting it has a regular private bus service into Sorrento that works like clockwork, and many excursions to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri, Vesuvius, the Amalfi Coast and more can be organised straight from the hotel. Absolutely excellent!"

Angelo’s, the restaurant across the street at the harbour was excellent. Wish we had discovered it 2 days sooner. It was a quick 15 min walk to Massa Lubrense, which had all the amenities. "We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Beautiful view, comfortable bed, clean room, and great breakfast. No parking onsite, but they will valet car for you, which is nice. My only complaint is the air conditioner was turned off for the season. Room was hot at night. Good thing I travel with a mini fan for the night stand. Could not open balcony doors because of mosquitos, tried that and lost that battle. "

"Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel! Location is ideal to visit Sorrento and the entire Amalfi Coast without the crowds nor the noise. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a spectacular two-floor suite. The staff was extremely attentive to our needs. We were in communication with the concierge two months before we traveled. They helped us book small-group boat tours to Capri and Amalfi/Paisano, booked restaurants, gave us a ride to the nearest busy stop, They also made sure I celebrated my birthday the best way possible. They even give me a special dessert on my birthday…twice! We were treated like royalty! I recommend this Italian jewel without hesitation. Ciao!"
