"This property has maintenance issues. That was apparent from the moment we arrived. One of the two elevators had a misleading handwritten sign stating the elevator was out of service and that "the tech is on the way". The sign was up the entire time and there was only one (very slow) elevator. The TV didn't work in our room. Another guest in a room nearby apologized in advance if he makes a lot of noise slamming his door. He said it didn't shut properly otherwise. There were also multiple lights...

"The front office staff is very kind, in exception of one new guy who was obviously new, but the staff is nice. The property needs an upgrade. The price is way too high to not take pride in the property and keep the furniture looking new at least by painting it. It is in a nice area with shops nearby. Keep the pool clean & update that outside furniture! I am a repeat customer & I will be back. I just hope the executives will spend the money to restore and update this place!"

"Property was under construction. Was not mention when booked. Elevators didnt work and we were place on the 4th floor with a handicapped person in our party. Definitely not ADA compiant. Construction was going on in the next room over. Construction materials covered alot of the parking lot so could not park close to building."

"Recently stayed here while attending a wedding. The property has a new feel to it, which made us excited. When checking in, the staff were very friendly and the process went quickly. The room was quite clean. All new appliances. However, the interior is a bit confused. The kitchen has a stove/fridge/microwave, but all of the cupboards are empty. The beds are on the firm side and there are no spare pillows or blankets. No closet or hangers for hanging clothes, no irons/ironing boards in...

"It was true in the picture, very cozy & comfy. The only sad thing about it the couch that we had in our was sticky-- looks like an apple juice or orange juice spilled on it. We told the front desk about it and she reported it to the housekeeping department. When we get back, it looks like they cleaned it but still a lil sticky. Overall, we had a great time!"

"The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. "
