"The staff was great during my stay. Always smiling and willing to help. The food was very good quality and tasty. The breakfast which was included had some variation, but being a person who loves breakfast, it checked all of my boxes. The staff would see me coming and start my eggs and cooking my bacon crispy. The location was great, five minutes to Field mall and ten minutes to to the Three Chiefs Monument.I could go on and on about the location, but the area is very safe."

"Rockfig’s outstanding feature is the wonderful staff who made our stay so much fun. We wish we could have taken them with us for our entire trip thru South Africa. The food was absolutely endless and always beautifully prepared and presented. Our excellent guide, KG relentlessly, and successfully, searched the bush for excellent sightings. A+ to one and all at Rockfig! "

Best hotel staff ever!

"We’re on bicycles visiting from Australia. The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful ( especially Chubu , sorry for the spelling) Everyone went out of their way to solve an issue that arose and we were overwhelmed by all the help we received. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was fantastic catering for our intolerances . Highly recommend this hotel."
