"Es war sehr ruhig und alle angetroffenen Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war es sehr warm und das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, das war sehr schade. Außerdem hatte ich das Gefühl, dass die Matratze schon bessere Zeiten hatte. Ich meine einige Federn gefühlt zu haben."
