"The front desk staff were lovely. The hotel is simply appointed with all we needed. Very clean. Room was clean, laminate flooring (so good for allergy sufferers). King bed was sooooo comfortable. Would absolutely stay again."

"At 6 am I went downstairs for the breakfast. Batter for waffles was empty. I brought it to staff's attention and his respones, "I'm sorry?" and he shut off the waffle maker and said, "No waffles today." At 6 am! Then I was going to try the pre made agg and cheese omelet. Ice cold! His response, "Microwave?" And yes both responses were in question form. He was busy playing on his phone in the office behind the counter. I gave up on breakfast. I asked when the manager would be in and his response, "Why?" He proceeded to tell me that she isn't coming in today. I then asked when shift change was and his response, "Why?" I told him because then I could speak to someone other than him. The elevator has a visibly broken safety rail. The room has a completely broken mirror. The bedding has stains, washed but stained. In fairness, the room is clean! I'm currently awaiting the arrival of different staff."

"First room trash had not been emptied nor had the room been vacuumed. Second room was cleaner but only provided two towels. "

"Out of all the hotels we stayed at on our 6 state roadtrip, this staff was the most friendly & down to earth. We felt like real people and not just a room number! I am so thankful for the experience we had."
