"We stayed here specifically to charge our electric car on a road trip. Two gas cars were parked at the chargers despite a half empty parking lot. So we were not able to charge at all. We told staff but they were not interested. It put us behind and changed our route. Additionally we had noise from above running and jumping and thudding until after midnight.
The gym was nice and breakfast was decent. The room was well equipped. The mattress was meh."

"Not located in a great area, parking was gated-but still had opening for people to enter. Many homeless & suspicion activity, on that very block. Didn’t sleep at all and left at 5:30am. Was also charged for a dirty towel ($20) that I requested x2 to see the picture & never received the email.
Will not return."

"Room cleaning was thorough and cleaning staff's skill should be very good. All the facilities in the room were in working order and was comfortable enough.
What the bad for me was check-in. In front of me, there were two walk-in people and had been taking a long time for check-in. I waited 20minutes. It was better if receptionist asks me and proceed my check-in first because my check-in finished in 1 minutes."
