"The hotel is very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff at the front desk made the check in easy and quick while helping us in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room rate included the buffet breakfast which had a decent selection of local and international dishes. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latam and highly recommend it. "

"This place is a museum. In normal situation, it is run as autograph or luxury selection. You use antique bed and in rooms with colonian furnitures. One block away from the famous church and Mayan market. The staff ain a seperate office and very professional to give you timetable and help you with guide to any place.A chef team serve you for breakfest. You pay local price for luxury selection place. "Excellent and beautiful property. Coffee was hard to get before 7am with cream and sugar. You can only get cream and sugar after 7. I wake up in the morning for my coffee and that was an easy inconvenience the hotel can fix. "

"This was a beautiful hotel very close to the lake. There was a couple things that were walkable nearby but for the most part, it would require a 15 minute ride to do anything else that would be my only complaint outside of my bed being very hard. The staff was great. The food in the hotel was a little inconsistent. I ordered the same breakfast on two different days.
