The lady was polite when we tried to check out early, but couldn’t offer a refund as I booked third party. It was very loud until late at night due to a sports tournament, although I am not sure that anything else could have been done about that. Good overall. Will stay again. "

"Disappointing experience with the “Kids Eat Free” promotion at Holiday Inn & Suites St. Catharines. The website clearly states that kids 11 and under eat free with a staying adult guest when dining in the restaurant with a regular order. I did confirm this with the front desk and received confirmation. However, the restaurant refused to honor the promotion and stated, “we don’t have that service,” without any explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. This is misleading for families and unacceptable. The promotion should either be honored as advertised or clearly corrected on all official channels. "

"Room was great and clean. Staff were amazing and personable. $7 a day for parking is annoying as the parking lot is massive and shred with what I believe are dormatories for Brock University. "
