"Pleasant stay being moved to a room with a King Bed which was very comfortable. We did find 3 of the 4 pillows supplied were uncomfortably firm. A spar bath in the room was not used, but was available. Our good sized room was supplied with a micowave, along with a small refrigerator / freezer and 2 sets of cutlery/crockery. During our o/night stay, heavy rain fell, with the person staying in the adjoining room (20) setting up some sought of small BBQ on the verandah. During and after their cook,...

"It was pretty good. I think a little over priced. I remember staying in the place decades ago when it was a motel, same layout just with updated look. Comfy bed, easy checkin/checkout. Clean. Easy parking. Just very basic."

"No kitchenette as mentioned, only old microwave with couple of cutlery sets. Mould found in bath room, with unpleasant smell. Hard to fill up kettle with the old style basin set. "

"The room we booked through Expedia was not as described, but the Property Manager was upfront about the issue and generously upgraded us on the spot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑appointed with tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, microwave, and a Smart TV. The shower had excellent water pressure, and after a long day’s drive we had a very comfortable and restful night’s sleep."

"Unattended reception. Waited on phone for approximately 20 minutes to check in. Room backed onto back laneway. Woken each morning by garbage trucks at around 5 am. Curtains didn’t block out the lights in the carpark very well "

"Friendly welcome. The room is clean and has everything you need, including a well appointed kitchenette. Close to the beach and lots of eating options nearby. Great, simple, basic motel for a reasonable price - can’t ask for more."

"The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."

"There is no staff on location, so if anything goes wrong, you get a sorry via text. The main phone number is disconnected. You can't actually reply to the text that they send you the information from. Personally I'd give it a wide birth."

"It is just a room with a bed and a chair there is no ammenities, the toilet, shower are communal which was not described in the description, there is no fridge that you can use for food or drinks, basically it’s a place to sleep nothing else, if I knew this earlier would of opted to stay at a caravan park for a fraction of the price. Disappointing to say the least"
