"Best hotel in China we have stayed! The room is spacious, well designed, staff really friendly. One of the staff picked us up on the day from the nearby attraction while it was raining and gave us a hot water bag to keep us warm. Breakfast and dinner are delicious, and they offer free laundry service too, recommended places to visit nearby for the following day. "The hotel was really good and it's situated very close to the south gate scenic area transport station, so easy access to the mountain. The staff were amazing and friendly even though they couldn't speak English they're always willing to help and engage. One staff member was very accommodating and helped me on numerous occasions, her name being Elsa Zhang, she was very helpful and showed me around the place so I knew where to go. The rooms were also comfortable and nice to sleep in "
