"This was perfect for our family of four. The adults had a seperate compact bedroom and the kids were in a nook with bunks. We were able to prepare breakfast before starting the day and tgere is a washer /dryer. The location is a short walk to a number of transport lines, main line being Ginza or Sakusa. "

This is in a quiet area of Ueno and very walkable to transit and small grocery shops nearby. Ueno Park was a great chill way to start getting acclimated to Tokyo. "

"The room setup is not good. I tripped on the bed lining at the end of the bed and required 4 stitches from hospital. Too much things in the room I booked and despite being a game room you still have to pay to play the video games. As other room were full, we booked this room instead but the coffee table at the end of the bed is a disaster. There were also no acknowledgement for the hotel as well."

"We enjoyed our stay at this location and neighborhood. It's quiet, and still feel safe when wandering late at night in the area. It is not too touristy, allowed us to experiencing what the local would do. The in-room laundry is great! We dont need to worry about laundry during the stay. "

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."
