"Pros: property was spacious and clean; great location; easily accessible to restaurants and activities; communications with the property manager excellent.
Cons: upstairs air didn’t work during our stay; ceiling fans in living room also inoperable. House came with one magnetic key card to access beach, which, with a group of people posed problems. Found out late in week that there was a code for the gate that could be used. Would’ve been nice to know at outset. "

"This was a great house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The beach is within an easy walk and was great.
The pool was freezing cold when we got there and the hot water in the master bath had no pressure so that shower was unusable.
The management rep was great and did figure out how to get the heater on in the pool.
It was the perfect house for what we needed."
