"The property was exactly as pictured in the photos. The view from the high rise balcony was amazing. It was extremely comfortable for my husband and I & our 2 teen daughters. We had a comfortable bed & private bedroom. The girls had the option of sleeping on the couches or the 2 folding beds. There were plenty of linens, pillows, towels, etc. provided. We enjoyed having the full kitchen & the bigger space than a hotel room. It was great to sit & see & listen to the city in the early mornings...

"They over booked and we were left with no room in the downtown area. We booked a room in November so pretty far in advance for February. We were offered a room in Smokey Mountain but it was too far. The subway didn't even go that far. Thanks to customer service rep at Hotels.com who found us a alternative room right away. "
