"The only complaints were while staying in the 3rd floor, there were a lot of people violating the no smoking policy. It was so much so we had to tell the front desk and the subsequently put notices of the policy under everyone’s door. Also, the second night, our room was not cleaned and the bed was not made up. They said that they were short staffed and did not have anyone to do it. Otherwise, the location was absolutely amazing in proximity to Lake George, Saratoga springs and Glenns Falls....

"lots of renovations. constant noise. very dusty environment. We took breakfast at 8am and everything was cold. They put us on the wing where they were doing major construction and they told me the hotel was full but we were alone at the breakfast at 8am!!! We will never go back there. So many nice hotels in Lac George."

"room didn't work when we returned one evening, house keeping was nearby couldn't assist in getting room open. Had to go all the way back to desk which was opposite side of hotel ND downstairs to reactivate keys. Just needed to run in and head back out for dinner, bit of inconvenience. Water park shut down for an hour for safety training? in the middle of the day, not cool.
