"Room on the ground floor was clean & renovated. I wish they would put a white curtain like the rest of the rooms for privacy. Also still no rack in the shower to hang your towels. The heater does not work. I was absolutely freezing on the 1st night, especially the bed being next to the window. Indigo from reception was thoughtful to lend one for the night. Otherwise enjoyed my stay, just need to test the heater if staying during winter ๐"

"The room was great being on the ground floor with easy access for disabled pensioner. Helpful staff. Warm room once heating kicked in. Parking excellent, just outside front door. Breakfast was supposed to be at Hotel Metropole but had finished serving at 8.40am so we missed out. Rooms could certainly do with an update, very 1970's vibe."

"Location cannot be beat! The walk to Three Sisters is just outside your door. Beautiful views. The beds and linens are soft and extremely comfortable. The only thing Iโd recommend changing are adding more lamps throughout. The overhead lights are HARSH daylight bulbs with no dimmers. Think face of the sun. The enormous living and dining area has one dim floor lamp. And the main bedroom has one tiny table lamp."
