I guy was waiting for me with a name plate. The ride through Kathmandu was about 20 minutes. The check-in and receptionist was extremely pleasant and efficient. "I have stayed here before and I will continue to come back. I would say the best part always is the incredible staff from the front desk to housekeeping. They are sincerely pleasant and extremely helpful. I had a challenge of missing luggage from the airport and they jumped in by helping me get updates from the airport to navigating my search to acquire items I needed immediately. The hotel is centrally located in Thamel, it’s clean, well kept, and a hands down bargain in my opinion. "

"This hotel felt like a little home away from home. The staff make it a point to make you feel comfortable and happy. Even though the bathroom had some leaks and the bed wasn’t the greatest, I will stay here again. It is very convenient because you are close to Thamel without being in the hectic area. I walked everywhere and did not need a car unless to go to the temples. Other than that I loved the food options nearby specially the Massala Beads cafe this is a must try and it’s only 5 mins away...

"Soon as checked in to hotel, I call front desk for help. I've had a food already and my face was swollen so bad I couldn't open my eyes. They arrange the ride for me to go emergency room and stay wite me untill everything is done. Mean time the Manager send front desk employee to hospital for help me speak to the doctors and staff.
